This luxury 8 bed villa with private heated pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the delightful Provence region of France. Situated in a Golf and Country Club close to Aix en Provence, Avignon, the Lubéron, St Remy and the Carmargue. Superb 18 hole Golf course designed by Seve Ballesteros and recognised as one of the premier courses in France. Club House (open to non-members) with terrace restaurant . About ten minutes walk from property to on site village square with selection of shops and restaurants (all child friendly). On site leisure facilities including large wave pool, swimming pools, horse riding centre, tennis courts, childrens' clubs and crèche (vaccination certificates may be required), mini farm and playground. (There is a charge for all these except the farm and playground. In July and August you are required to buy a weekly pass if you want to use the wave pool). In high season (July and August) there are organised activities and nightly entertainment.

The complex is situated ten minutes from the auto route (A7 junction 26 ) and thirty five to forty minutes from Marseille airport. Many things to do in the surrounding area including an Adventure Park (10 minutes drive away),a large Zoo (20 minutes) and a Water Park some 40 minutes away. Many good local restaurants and markets. Within easy reach of the Rhone wine areas such as Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas and Vacqueyras. Mediterranean beaches are within one hour's drive. There are many brochures for activities in the Villa.

Included in your stay: All linen, bath towels and pool towels.Bed Linen changed weekly. Experienced English/French speaking representative who manages the property and is also available for help/advice/emergencies and babysitting. Welcome pack provided. Bins emptied regularly. Pool serviced weekly. Security on site (regular patrols and security gate to complex).

Description of property: The property is a substantial (156 square metre) newly built Villa completed in December 2003 with four good sized bedrooms standing in a large (1100m sq) secluded south facing garden with private heated pool (8m by 4m) and large terrace. Teak dining set on terrace with shaded canopy. Six sunbeds with cushions, built-in barbecue, boules court(boules provided), table tennis table and rotary clothes drier.

The Villa comprises a walled front garden with gates leading to front entrance with a hall area (Telephone and WiFi "Wireless Internet") leading to a large vaulted ceiling lounge/dining area (42m sq). Furnished and equipped to a very high standard including three leather sofas, an oak dining table seating eight, ample storage, a large screen television with local and English satellite channels including full digital BBC channels, a DVD/VCR player and a CD music system (there is also a portable TV and DVD player). Patio doors lead to the terrace. The lounge/dining area leads to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including microwave, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Separate WC off entrance hall which also leads to Master bedroom suite with a king size bed, ample fitted storage, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Patio doors lead to the terrace area.

Stairs lead from the entrance hall to the upstairs landing. Bedroom two has a further king size bed, bedroom three two single beds and bedroom four has a bunk bed which can be used for adults or children. All bedrooms have ample storage and wardrobe space. There is a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC.

Children are welcome in the property and a high-chair, cot and further cot/playpen are all available on request. Downstairs there is a utility room with washing machine, large fridge/freezer and ironing board with iron. Adjacent to this is the games room with table football, air hockey, darts, TV and playstation 2. The villa has been comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout to a very high standard.

Getting there: The villa is served by three airports Marseille (35-40 minutes), Nîmes (60 minutes) and Montpellier (80 minutes). If coming from London there is also a direct train to Avignon (40 minutes) in high season taking about six hours.

Change-over day: Saturday - arrival 5pm onwards/departure by 10am.

Booking: To book the property please read the booking conditions, fill in the booking form and return it along with your non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental fee. The balance will be due 8 weeks before your arrival as per the booking conditions. We ask for a £400 security deposit which will be returned to you as per the booking conditions. This is payable at the time of final payment.
